Nino & Handler Arianna Moore
Tunica County Sheriff's Office K-9 Handler, Deputy Arianna Moore, is currently attending Desoto County Sheriff's Department K9 Handler Course. This week she and K-9 Nino trained at the University of Mississippi Vaught Hemingway Stadium. Nino is an explosives detecting K-9 acquired by TCSO through funding made possible by the Mississippi Office of Homeland Security's grant program. Deputy Moore and Nino received training on the detection of explosives in numerous environments, such as large scale events like college sporting events in our state.
Sheriff Deputy Antonio Hoskins and K9 Ramone won 1st place out of 30 dogs this week in DeSoto County SO's narcotics detection seminar this week! We are so proud of this duo!
